Everyone, we are moving to a new BlackBerry Enterprise Server.  You will need to activate your phone on the server within 48 hours. You may have been getting a message popping up about the IT policy, this will correct that. The process occurs in 2 parts.
 
 
Part 1: Wipe your BlackBerry
 
Unfortunately during this move to a new server, you will lose some of your settings. But don’t panic… your Contacts and Calendar will come back.
 

Options, Security Options, General Settings, BB Menu Button, Wipe Handheld, check Include 3rd party applications, Continue, type blackberry, hit enter. (some models these steps could vary)

After the phone reboots, do not run the first time setup wizard. Cancel it and and mention it to never run again.
 
 
 
Part 2: Enterprise Activation
 
This is the part that gets your phone to receive emails and re-sync your address book and calendar.
 

Manage Connections, Enable your Mobile Network, wait until the service displays as 1XEV and the traffic arrows stop moving.
 
Next go to Options, Advanced Options, Enterprise Activation, type in your email address, type in the password you received earlier in your Inbox. Then choose Activate.
